Since offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant, issue notice to respondent No.2, returnable on 27.09.2024, High on Board. 2.

The respondent No.2 shall be served through the investigating officer, for which purpose, the applicant shall furnish an additional set of papers to the investigating officer.

Upon service, if the respondent No.2 desires to avail legal aid, the High Court Legal Services Committee will appoint an advocate from its panel to represent her.
