Affidavit is filed by the then Superintendent of Police, Kolhapur, Mr. Shailesh Balkawade, same is taken on record. 2.
Forensic audit is directed in the present crime. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the view that bail application has to be considered after receipt of forensic audit report. 3.
Faced with this situation, Learned Senior Advocate for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file bail application after completion of forensic audit. 4.
Permission is granted. Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
5.
The investigating agency shall expeditiously complete the forensic audit.
6.
In view of disposal of bail application, interim applications stand disposed of.
