Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant invites attention of the Court to an order dated 8th May, 2024 passed by the Supreme Court in SLP (Cri.) No. 3179 of 2024 permitting the petitioner/applicant to withdraw the said SLP with liberty to apply for bail before this Court, after some time. The learned counsel submits that when the earlier bail application was rejected, many grounds which bear upon the entitlement of the applicant for bail, were not urged on behalf of the applicant.

This Court had rejected the first bail application on merits. Since the Supreme Court has granted liberty to the applicant to revive the prayer for bail, and the learned counsel submits that certain points were not urged before this Court, the application for Vishal Parekar ...1
