After arguing the bail application for come time, when the Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned Advocate for the applicant, on instructions weeks permission to withdraw the bail application with liberty to apply after one year in case the trial is not over.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
