Heard Ms. Bane, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No.1 and Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate is appointed for Respondent No.2 - prosecutrix - victim. She would inform the Court that medicolegal examination report appended to the charge-sheet is illegible. Ms. Bajoria, learned APP also raises a similar grievance. 3.
Learned APP is directed by this Court to obtain a legible copy of the said medico-legal examination report through the Investigating Officer. Investigating Officer concerned will go to the Dr. R N Cooper Hospital alongwith copy of this order. Dean of the said hospital is directed to give legible copy of the medico-legal examination report to
