Heard Ms. Bane, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No.1 and Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate is appointed for Respondent No.2 - prosecutrix - victim. She would inform the Court that medicolegal examination report appended to the charge-sheet is illegible. Ms. Bajoria, learned APP also raises a similar grievance. 3.

Learned APP is directed by this Court to obtain a legible copy of the said medico-legal examination report through the Investigating Officer. Investigating Officer concerned will go to the Dr. R N Cooper Hospital alongwith copy of this order. Dean of the said hospital is directed to give legible copy of the medico-legal examination report to

13.BA.3061.2024.doc the Investigating Officer and the same shall be submitted to the Court on the next adjourned date. Copy of the same shall be circulated to the appointed Advocate also.
