Heard Ms. Bane, learned Advocate for Applicant Ms. Bajoria, learned APP for Respondent No.1 and Ms. Chavan, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 appointed through legal aid. 2.

After hearing Ms. Bajoria, learned APP and Ms. Chavan prima facie one of the grievance expressed by them is that forensic medical examination report has not been received as yet and it would have a prima facie bearing on the present case considering the indictment and role of the present Applicant in the crime. 3.

A copy of this order shall be placed before the concerned Director of the Forensic Laboratory where forensic report has been called for. The Director is directed by Court to make available to the prosecution the Forensic Report which shall be placed before the
