Heard Ms. Bane, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Chavan, learned appointed Advocate for Respondent No.2 and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for State.

Learned Prosecutor would persuade the Court to grant some time to comply with the order dated 25.03.205. He would submit that letter dated 04.04.2025 has been received from the Scientific Officer of the Forensic Science Laboratories, Mumbai addressed to Senior Inspector of Police wherein queries are raised. 3.
Learned Prosecutor informs the Court that these queries have been addressed for carrying out further analysis. Though learned APP would submit that prima facie analysis has been done partially

In that view of the matter concerned Scientific Officer of the Forensic Science Laboratories, Mumbai is directed by the Court to ensure that final forensic report is submitted to the Court through learned APP within a period of 4 weeks from today. 5.
Once said report is submitted learned APP is directed by the Court to serve a copy of the report to the learned appointed Advocate as also the learned Advocate for Applicant. That apart Medico Legal Report appended at page No.77 of the Application is completely illegible therefore, Cooper Hospital to ensure that a readable and legible copy of the report is handed over to the concerned Investigating Officer.
