1. After having heard Mr. Satyavrat Joshi, learned Advocate for the Applicant for substantial time and upon this Court expressing its view of not been inclined to entertain the Bail Application, Mr. Joshi sought a passover.

2. After some time at the request of Mr. Joshi the matter was taken up. He states that the father of the Applicant by name Mr. Shahaji Patil who is present in Court, has instructed him to unconditionally withdraw the present Bail Application. Mr. Joshi therefore seeks leave to withdraw the present Bail Application. Leave granted.

3. In view of the above, the Bail Application No.3082 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
