DATED:- 10th JANUARY, 2025 PC :- 1) This is an application for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 13th August, 2024.

2) The learned Counsel for the applicant withdrew the application to approach the trial Court and this was done without arguing the matter and, that is why in the order there is no mention that after hearing the applicant and on expressing disinclination to allow the application, the application sought to be withdrawn.

3) However, after the withdrawal of the application, the applicant approached the trial Court and his application came to be rejected. Thus, at this stage, the application for speaking to the minutes cannot be entertained.

5) Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
