By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure the applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.51 of 2024, registered with Khed Police Station, Dist: Ratnagiri for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 323, 504 and 506 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the Applicant tried to point out the discrepancies in the letter issued by the Police Inspector for Panchas wherein a request is made to provide two Panchas before 4.00 pm on the date of FIR. Whereas, the FIR was registered at 17.15 hours. He further tried to point out the discrepancies in the recovery and submits Nikita

4-ba-3089-2024.doc that the story is concocted one and applicant has been falsely implicated in the offence.

Having gone through the charge-sheet and the other relevant material collected by the Investigating officer during the investigation, it is evident that the informant and the applicant was known to each other and the informant has not only identified the applicant but also attributed a specific role. Though the injuries are simple but it is on the vital part and further the material produced by the Investigating Officer shows the intention of the Applicant. 5.

In the above circumstances certain discrepancies as pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant would not make the Applicant entitled for grant of bail considering the seriousness of the offence. 6.

The bail application is rejected.
