This is an application for regular bail.

By order dated 27.11.2023, the Sessions Court has cancelled the bail of the applicant, who is an accused in Crime No.84 of 2023 registered with Ratnagiri City Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376 and 376(2)(n) of Indian Penal Code for flouting one of the conditions, i.e. he would not contact the prosecutrix 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant has tendered the Affidavit of the applicant in the form of an undertaking that he will strictly abide the bail conditions. Even otherwise, after cancellation of bail he is in jail for more than one year. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Considering the overall facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicant on bail.

ORDER

(i) Criminal Bail Application is allowed;

(ii) The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with Crime No.84 of 2023 registered with Ratnagiri City Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(n) of Indian Penal Code on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount;

(iii) Application stands disposed of accordingly.
