The learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant submits that in order to assist this Court, a detailed chart would be prepared and presented, to indicate that although the applicant was shown as absconding, he was in custody at least from the year 2019 onwards and therefore, the said factor needs to be taken into consideration, while appreciating the contentions raised on behalf of the applicant in the present application. 2.

It is submitted that the chart would be prepared at the earliest and a copy of the same would be served on the learned APP, so that he can also take appropriate instructions in the matter.
