501.BA3115.2024.odt and is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge(Under POCSO), Pune." is a typographical error. 3.

Perusal of the order would reveal that this sentence is wrongly typed. Hence, the said sentence be deleted from paragraph-2 page 2 line 2.

Correction be carried out accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
