Learned APP for the respondent/State has drawn my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 4.7.2024 in Criminal Bail Application No.2183 of 2024 filed by the present applicant. The said order reads thus:
"Learned counsel for Applicant on instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present application. Permission is granted. The application is disposed off as withdrawn."

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the application was not argued on merits and it was simplicitor withdrawn. If this is so, then liberty ought to have been sought to file fresh application. In absence of such liberty, I am not inclined to entertain the present application. The Application is rejected.
