By this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No.120 of 2022, registered with Adgaon Police Station, District: Nashik for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 323, 504, 143, 144, 149 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC').

After going through the charge-sheet and the available material collected by investigating officer during the investigation, it is evident that the Applicant is the author of the injuries which is a cause of death. It has came on record that the Applicant wielded SUNNY THOTE

Furthermore, there are eye witnesses to the incidence who supports the prosecution story. Thus, considering the seriousness of offence and further the nature of evidence collected by the investigating officer during the investigation, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of bail. 5.

Accordingly, the application is rejected.
