Heard Mr. Yadav, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for State.

It is stated that the trial in the present case has been concluded and the matter is posted for final arguments before the learned Trial Court on 20.03.2025. In view of the long incarceration of the Applicant since 05.11.2020, the Trial Court is directed to ensure that the final arguments are heard as expeditiously as possible without any further delay and that adjudication is completed strictly in accordance with law.

It is observed that the prosecution has been directed to produce the accused before the Court on the next adjourned date. Accordingly, the prosecution is directed to ensure that the accused/Applicant is

905. BA-3130-24.docx produced before the Trial Court on the next adjourned date and on any further dates as may be required for the purpose of final arguments to facilitate the complete adjudication of the trial. 4.

Though the learned APP seeks the appearance of the accused/Applicant virtually before the Trial Court, considering that the accused/Applicant is a lady and has a hearing impairment as informed by the learned Advocate for the Applicant and in view of the disability certificate placed on record, the prosecution shall ensure that she is produced physically before the Court for the purpose of final arguments.
