After hearing Mr. Kulkarni, learned Advocate for Applicant, I have expressed my mind and opinion to him that this Court is not inclined to allow the present Application. However considering the long incarceration of the Applicant, Mr. Kulkarni would persuade the Court to pass appropriate direction to the learned Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the trial. That undoubtedly can be considered. 3.
Learned Trial Court is directed by this Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.
