During the course of the hearing, it is revealed that the C.A. Report in respect of the examination of the muddemal articles, allegedly seized at the instance of the Applicant, i.e., the knife and his clothes, is yet to be received. This is a material evidence to be considered for the purpose of decision of the application. 2.

Hence, it is directed that the C.A. Report in respect of the aforesaid muddemal articles in C.R.No. 0022 of 2023, registered with Navghar Police Station, Brihanmumbai Shahar, be obtained within a period of six weeks from today.

The Forensic Science Laboratory is directed to ensure that the analysis of the muddemal articles in the afore-stated case is completed within the stipulated period.
