This Court passed the following Order on 16th January 2025. "1.

Ms. Nalawade, learned Counsel states that the Applicant has taken no objection from her to file Vakalatnama of some other Advocate. However, none appears for the Applicant. No new Advocate has been appointed by the Applicant.

Accordingly, Ms. Nalawade, learned Counsel seeks time to take discharge by giving notice to the Applicant. 3.

Ms. Nalawade, learned Counsel for the Applicant states that she has given notice to the Applicant and filed an Application before the Registrar seeking discharge. Today, none appears for the Applicant. 3.

Accordingly, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai is requested to appoint an Advocate to represent the Applicant.
