507.BA.3175.2024.doc in the form of a Video Nystagmography is required for a comprehensive assessment of the Applicant's condition. The report makes it clear that the Applicant has indeed been diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus with Hypertension. The report recommends that the prisoner be referred to the Government Medical College and Hospital, Kolhapur for the requisite diagnostic procedures.

In view of the foregoing, the Applicant may be taken to the Government Medical College and Hospital, Kolhapur for further diagnostic procedures as recommended by the Medical Officer, Ratnagiri Special Prison. It is requested that this exercise be done no later than January 2, 2025 and the report be filed for consideration by the Regular Bench on January 3, 2025.
