Heard learned Senior Advocate Shri Pradhan for the Applicant. 2.

He has apprised me as to how the bail granted to his client is cancelled by the Sessions Court. According to him, the collection of the additional materials cannot be ground of cancellation of the bail. He wants to place reliance upon some citations.

The learned APP seeks time to go through them and also wants to rely upon some more judgments.

When the prosecution is seeking the cancellation on the basis of the additional materials which is submitted by way of supplementary charge-sheet, let both the Parties to address the Court on this issue only. Let it not expand the scope of the inquiry by relying upon some judgments in which the Courts have dealt with the issue of the cancellation on some different ground.

Considering the fact that the Petitioner is an under-trial prisoner and submission is made by learned Senior Advocate Mr. Pradhan that this matter was heard substantially and again made de-part heard, I have given priority to hear this application. 6.
