After I have heard Mr. Chavan, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for the State and perused the record, I expressed my mind to Mr. Chavan that this Court is not inclined to grant the present Bail Application, he has persuaded me not to pass any orders on merits and would seek leave of the Court to withdraw the present Bail Application.
