This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.101 of 2024 registered with Padgha Police Station, Bhiwandi for offence punishable under Sections 395, 392, 201 and 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC').

Applicant seeks medical bail on the ground that he is coughing blood and he has been diagnosed with stage -2 tuberculosis and his condition is deteriorating while in prison. He is lodged in Kalyan Adharwadi Prison.

Jail Authorities shall present the Applicant before JJ Group of Hospital. Dean of JJ Group of Hospital is directed to appoint a Medical Board to examine the medical status and health condition of Applicant and treatment he would require and make such suggestions in the report which shall be placed before Court by learned APP within a period of one week from today.
