Pursuant to the order dated 21.01.2025, learned APP tenders across the bar Applicant's Medical Report dated 22.01.2025. Said Report states that condition of the Applicant is stable and he is given proper and regular treatment. Applicant's vitals are stable and he is hemodynamically stable.

In that view of the matter, Application for medical emergency cannot be considered by the Court. However, on hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicant appropriate orders can be passed.
