Heard Mr. Dubey, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for the State.

In view of the order dated 30th September,2024 and the report tendered by the learned APP dated 27.12.2024 it is seen that private Respondent No.2-complainant who is now major and present before the Court desires to seek legal aid. Her Application deserves to be granted in the facts of the present case. I am inclined to appoint Ms. Nishi Singhvi, learned Advocate and Counsel practicing in this Court to represent and espouse the cause of the private Respondent No.2complainant through the Legal Aid. 3.

The High Court Legal Services Committee of this Court is hereby directed to appoint Ms. Nishi Singhvi, learned Advocate and

Registry is directed to provide copy of the present Application to appointed Advocate Ms. Nishi Singhvi within a period of one week from today.

The appointed Advocate on behalf of the Private Respondent No.2-complainant is directed to peruse the papers and be ready to address the Court on the next adjourned date. 6.
