Since offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered against the applicant, issue notice to the victim i.e. respondent No.3, returnable on 24.10.2024, High on Board. 2.

The victim-respondent No.3 shall be served through the investigating officer for which purpose, the learned counsel for the applicant shall serve an additional set of papers to the investigating officer, within one week from today.
