The learned APP tendered a report of the investigating officer mentioning that the victim is served. The report dated 7th October 2024 indicating that the victim has not engaged any advocate to represent him. However, till today no advocate has been engaged on behalf of the victim. Hence, the High Court Legal Services Authority shall appoint the advocate from their panel to represent the victim. The office shall hand over all the necessary papers to the appointed advocate.

List the bail application on 23 June 2025 to enable the appointed advocate to prepare himself.
