By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 602 of 2023 registered with Vijapur Naka Police Station, District Solapur.

When the matter was called out for hearing Ms. Padma Shelatkar, learned Advocate for the Applicant, on instructions of the Applicant craves leave to withdraw the present Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance. Respondents do not object to the request made by the Applicant.

In view of the statement of Ms. Padma Shelatkar, leave is granted to withdraw the present Bail Application. Applicant is always at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the Trial Court in the event of change in circumstance.
