1. After hearing for some time and when this Court shown its disinclination to grant bail, the learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply afresh after six months if there is no progress in the trial.

2. The Criminal Bail Application is disposed of as withdrawn.

3. Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail from last 10 months and further the mandate of Section 35 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, liberty is granted to the applicant to apply after six months before the trial Court, if there is no progress in the trial.
