The learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State submits that the trial has commenced. In that view of the matter, at this stage, I am not inclined to entertain this application for bail.

Considering the fact that the applicant is in jail for approximately five years, the Trial Court shall endeavour to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.

Liberty is granted to file the application for bail, if the trial is not concluded by that time.

4.

The application stands disposed of in the above terms.
