By the present Application, Applicant is seeking bail in Crime No. 242 of 2023 registered with Mahad City Police Station for the offence punishable under Sections 377 and 201 of the Indian Penal code (for short "IPC") and Sections 4, 6, 8 & 21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 67-C of the Information Technology Act.

On 15th July, 2025, on the submission of Mr. Sushan Mhatre, learned Advocate for the Applicant, medical report of the Applicant was called for from the jail authorities.

Ms. M. H. Mhatre, learned APP for the State tenders a letter dated 16th July, 2025, issued by the Thane Central Jail Authorities to the office of the Public Prosecutor along with the prisoner's medical report dated 16th July, 2025, same is taken on record and marked 'X' colly for Gayatri Shimpi
