The grievance made on behalf of the applicant is that, considering the medical and physical condition of the applicant, there is a likelihood of the spread of a communicable disease. 2.

The Medical Officer shall, therefore, examine the physical condition of the applicant in the context of communicable disease, and shall submit a clear report as to whether the stay of the applicant in the cell may endanger other inmates of the cell in the context of communicable disease allegedly suffered by the applicant.

The report shall be submitted within a period of two weeks from today.
