This Court is informed that bail application of co-accused person i.e. Bail Application No. 5344 of 2024 is schedule to be listed on 14th February 2025 in the supplementary list. It is further submitted that in the said application, the victim has been already served and she has asked for legal aid. In the present application also, it is pointed out that copy of the present bail application has been served on the Investigating Officer.

In view of the above, liberty is granted to the applicant to serve a copy of the present application on the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee by tomorrow (11th February 2025).
