This is an Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') seeking Bail in connection with C.R. No.359 of 2024 registered with Bhandup Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 376, 376(2)(I), 376(2)(N) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short 'IPC') read with Sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short 'POCSO Act').

Mr. Tiwari informs that compliance of order dated 04.10.2024 has been effected and Investigating Officer has been

Mr. Kulkarni is directed to obtain instructions from Investigating Officer as to whether he has received the consent of Respondent No.2 considering that case is registered under the provisions of POCSO Act for legal representation. Once that is informed to Court, Advocate shall be appointed through Legal Aid. 6.

Let the above exercise be carried out within a period of one week from today. If required Mr. Tiwari shall serve additional copy on Investigating Officer on basis of this order to ensure effective compliance.
