Since the offences under the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 are also registered in the present case, the applicant is directed to add the victim as party respondent No.2 by appropriately concealing her identity.

Thereupon, issue notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 04.09.2024, H.O.B.

The respondent No.2 shall be served through the investigating officer, for which purpose, the applicant shall provide an additional set of papers to the investigating officer.
