Heard learned counsel for the Applicant, learned APP and learned counsel for the Respondent No.2.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Applicant is behind bar for more than 3 years, 4 months and 18 days. Yet charge has not been framed. This Court has passed the order dated 11th October 2023 and requested the trial Court to expedite the trial. After lapse of one year, charge is not framed against the Applicant.
