Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is behind bar more than 3 years 6 months, yet trial has not been commenced. Learned APP submits that matter is kept before the Trial Court on 27.01.2025 for producing muddemal. This Court has given direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial prior but it has not been considered. 3.
