The present case is based on the circumstantial evidence namely the CCTV footage which shows that on the relevant date the deceased entered into a vehicle in which the applicant was present i.e. last seen. Further, the circumstantial evidence is that the bloodstains clothes were recovered from the applicant.

The learned APP was pointed out that the CA report is awaited. 3.

In that view of the matter, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to move afresh after four months after receipt of CA report. He further submits that liberty may be granted to renew his request if within four months the CA report is not received.

Accordingly, the permission is granted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to apply on receipt of CA report or after four months, whichever is earlier.
