The learned counsel for the applicant informs this Court that respondent No.2 herein has been served through the investigating officer. But, there is no representation on her behalf. It is further brought to the notice of this Court that the applicant was arrested on 18.11.2019 and that he has suffered incarceration for 5 years.

In view of the above, the High Court Legal Services Committee is directed to appoint an advocate from its panel to represent respondent No.2. The applicant shall serve a copy of the application on the office of the High Court Legal Services Committee within one week from today. 4.
