Learned APP submits that the applicant is involved in cyber crime of crypto currency and the further investigation is still going on. It is submitted that if the applicant is released on bail, he may tamper with the evidence. It is submitted that thus the application be adjourned after one month and in the meantime endeavour will be made to conclude the investigation.
