In this case, an earlier bail application of the applicant was withdrawn on 03.11.2023 and a direction was issued to the trial court to dispose of the trial within six months. Liberty was reserved for the applicant to renew the prayer for bail. Since the trial was not completed, the applicant moved the trial court afresh for bail, but the prayer was rejected. 3.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that although charge is framed, not a single witness has been examined. 4.
