Learned counsel for the applicant strongly objected for adjournment on the ground that applicant is behind bar around six years yet prosecution has not filed affidavit and on every day they seek adjournment on the same ground.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the applicant, Investigating Officer to remain present on the next date and file affidavit. If on the next date, prosecution failed to file affidavit, this Court will decide the matter on merit.
