When this application is called out, the learned APP submits that investigation in the matter is almost complete and that charge-sheet is likely to be filed. It is further submitted that the last date for filing of charge-sheet is 20.09.2024.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that even as per the say filed on behalf of the investigating authority on 15.07.2024, before the Sessions Court, only limited role attributed to the applicant was that she along with accused No.4 had accepted certain amounts and documents to forward the same to the center run by accused No.4 for preparation of Aadhar Card and Pan Card of individuals, who were directly involved in the offence of trafficking of women. 12.BA.3446.2024.doc pertain to the main offence and the applicant cannot be said to be directly involved in the serious offence alleged against the co-accused persons. 3.

It is to be noted that the aforesaid say was filed on 15.07.2024, and today we are in September, 2024. The learned APP is justified in submitting that further material may have come on record during the course of investigation.

In view of the above, it would be appropriate that this application is taken up for consideration after 20.09.2024, by which time the charge-sheet may be placed on record.

In view of the above, list on 25th September, 2024, to be included in the "Supplementary List."
