Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This application is preferred for bail on medical ground. By an order dated 18 October 2024, this Court had requested the Superintendent of Sir J.J.Group of Hospitals to constitute a team of experts to examine the applicant and submit a report to this Court. Pursuant to the said order, a report has been submitted to this Court.

In view of the said report, the learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw the application, at this stage with liberty to revive the prayer for medical bail in the event the condition of the applicant deteriorates. 4.

Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.
