Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Pursuant to an order dated 1st October 2024, a fresh report about the health status of the Applicant has been furnished. 3.

Ms.Chandka, the learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the applicant is currently hospitalized at Grant Govt. Medical College and Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals. 4.

Mr.Shirsat, the learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for Respondent No.1, submits that the Applicant periodically undergoes haemodialysis and on 2nd October 2024 she was admitted in Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals for that purpose. D.A.ETHAPE

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has been suffering from multiple ailments and she has been hospitalized at Grant Govt. Medical College and Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals on number of occasions in the recent past for multiple health complications.

As the Applicant seeks bail on medical ground, it may be expedient to call a report from the Medical Superintendent of Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals about the present health status of the Applicant, after she is examined by a team of Medical Officers comprising the experts in the relevant discipline. 7.

The Medical Superintendent, Sir J. J. Group of Hospitals is requested to constitute a team of medical officers comprising of experts in relevant discipline to examine the Applicant and submit a report to the Court on or before 17th October 2024. 8.

The Superintendent, District Prison Byculla is directed to take the Applicant to Grant Govt. Medical College and Sir J. J. Group of Hospital on 14th October 2024.
