Considering the nature of offence, it would be appropriate to decide the present bail application after receipt of F.S.L reports. The articles submitted for examination in Crime No. 267 of 2023 registered with Achole Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code therefore shall be examined on a priority basis and the concerned authority shall make an endeavour to submit the report to the concerned police station within a period of two months from today. 2.
