Heard Mr. Pote, learned Advocate for Applicant and Mr. Kulkarni, learned APP for Respondent - State of Maharashtra. 2.

The Applicant is indicted under Section 366-A, 370(3), 372, 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Sections 17 and 18 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act 2012 and under Sections 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 as also Sections 81 and 87 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.

Date of offence is 28.03.2024 and prima faice, it is seen that there are three girls involved out of which one girl is minor. 4.

Hence, issue notice to the Respondent No.2. Mr. Kulkarni

In addition to Court's notice, Applicant is directed to serve the Respondent No.2 a copy of this order and copy of the Bail Application and inform Respondent No.2 about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and file appropriate affidavit of service with tangible proof thereof. Private Respondent can through the Investigating Officer of the case inform whether she requires legal representation. Concerned Investigating Officer shall also convey this order to the Private Respondent through a lady Police Officer and file appropriate report to that effect. 5.
