Mr. Viral Mukte, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.2-Victim, has tendered a copy of the roznama of the Trial Court. The same is taken on record. 2.

It appears from the roznama that on 15th March 2025, 1st April 2025 and 8th August 2025, the counsel for the Applicant was absent and the Applicant, who was produced 7th October 2025

35-BA-3538-2024.DOC on the Video Conferencing before the Trial Court, refused to participate in the hearing on framing of charge. 3.

In these circumstances, charges were not framed by the Trial Court. Now the next date for hearing before the Trial Court is 15th October 2025.

Considering that the Applicant is in custody since 20th March 2024 and till date, charges are not framed, the Trial Court is requested to frame charges and record the statement of the Complainant-Victim within a period of three months from the date on which this order is placed before the Trial Court.
