At the request of Mr. Mahendra Kawchale, learned Advocate
for the Applicant, these 6 Bail Applications are taken up out of turn.

Heard Mr. Mahendra Kawchale, learned Advocate for the Applicant. He submits that the Applicant desires to amend all the Bail Applications by incorporating further grounds claimed for seeking bail. He submits that amongst other grounds, the Applicant intends to add grounds pertaining to illegal arrest. 3.
Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object to the proposed amendment, though reserves her right to object on merits of the matter.

In addition to the request of amendment, Mr. Mahendra Kawchale, learned Advocate for the Applicant seeks leave to tender the compilation of documents in all the 6 Bail Applications. He submits that the said documents are in support of the said amendment.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent and Mr. Ayush Pasbola, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2 do not object to the production of said documents, however reserves their rights to object on the grounds of same being irrelevant. 6.
In view of the no objection given by Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent and Mr. Ayush Pasbola, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2, leave granted to the Applicant to amend all the 6 Bail Applications and to tender the compilation of documents. Amended copy of all the 6 Bail Applications be furnished to the other side.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today so also the documents be tendered within the said period.

Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent submits that the State/Respondent intents to file reply opposing the proposed amendment and dealing with the documents. She seeks two weeks' time to file said reply. Time granted. Reply be filed by 2nd September 2025 by serving a advance copy on the learned Advocate for the Applicant.

At the request of Ms. Veera Shinde, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent and by consent of Mr. Mahendra Kawchale, learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Ayush Pasbola, learned Advocate for Respondent No. 2, list the matter on 8th September 2025.
