By the present Bail Application, Applicant is seeking bail in connection with C. R. No.399 of 2021 registered with Lonikand Police Station, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 324, 323, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4(25) of the Arms Act, 1959 and Section 37(1) read with Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

Bail Application filed by the Applicant was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge on 14.08.2024. 4.
